A growing vibrant company with gated real estate communities in both NC and FL, is seeking a talented, driven, and enthusiastic Senior Sales Executive with a proven history of closed customer sales success for homes over $250k for its Lakeshore community in Oxford, located just outside The Villages, nestled between Ocala and Orlando in central Florida.

Our homes in Lakeshore are site built using the highest quality timeless materials and range from $225k to $399k and upon sell out will have 300+ Homes. Future development in Punta Gorda is under way, along with a continued expansion in and around the Villages and SW Florida. This is a long-term role with excellent career and financial growth for the right person.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent proven Sales expert, who is accustomed to earning $200k+ each year over the last five years. You are a natural closer and thrive touring prospects versus being stuck at the desk. You will be given qualified leads supported by an aggressive marketing strategy and spend. You will enjoy guaranteed base pay, a strong commissions package, medical insurance and a bonus that will be commensurate with the results we are confident will be achieved.
